My name is Mischa Breidinger

I am the owner of Westside Watches in Karlsruhe's Weststadt district.

I discovered my love for luxury watches in 1991.

It was a Breitling Navitimer 1806 that I saw in the window of the

renowned jeweler Burscheid in Cologne.

That is exactly what it should be and thanks to my grandmother,

which helped me financially, I bought my

first real luxury watch.

After that, I fell in love countless times with the most diverse

Watch models from the brands Audemars Piguet, HEUER, Breitling, OMEGA and Rolex.

But as quickly as falling in love happens, love also fades away and so the clocks came and went at regular intervals and in the end only a few remained.

Love became a hobby, a hobby became a vocation, and a vocation became the desire to work with watches professionally. So, I decided to join Chrono24 and explore new avenues in marketing and customer support. I collaborated with watch brands and helped inexperienced Chrono24 customers buy watches online. However, I quickly realized that my quality standards for an online watch purchase were different—and still are today—and so, after many years of working as an employee, I decided to open my own small watch shop in Karlsruhe.

Today, 34 years after I bought my first luxury watch, I know one thing:
